Spoken down to by the male salesman. My partner has had major spinal surgery and the saleman had the nerve to tell him what was best for him and refused to take his situation into consideration.
Salesman claimed “I do this for a living so I think I know”.
We had to leave before the situation escalated due to your salesman’s arrogance.

Very good place to buy a mattress

We bought a mattress and ensemble only for the mattress to keep breaking. It went in 4 times with the same problem and came back with the same problem each time for them to say "it must be the wrong mattress for the wrong ensemble". Maybe learn about your products before selling them because you guys sold it as a set to us.

We have the same mattress now and have to sleep on the floor because we are out of pocket to invest in a new one and they kept refusing to "fix" it anymore.

Absolutely bed place and they full of lies, i had to go to fairtreading to deal with. Be Careful Dont Go There!

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Purchased a bedroom suite and was told it is in stock and will be ready in a couple days to pick up. Got phoned the day of picking the bed up and told that its now not in stock and I have to wait 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks passed and still no bedroom suite. Now almost 2 months without the bedroom suite. NOT HAPPY. Do not trust them. Just phoned the store and she said its not on the run sheet for pick up and she will have to call the warehouse then hung up while I was still asking questions, SO DAM RUDE

Excellent service and Morrison ortho gel mattress fantastic, no back pain straight away after years of suffering in bed.
