Best Real Estate

My husband and I rented through Best Real Estate for approximately 3 years. The service started off wonderfully, with repairs being seen to quickly and inspections being quick and easy. However their service went downhill towards the end of our lease with them, with the air conditioning unit breaking down in winter and not being replaced until the start of 2017. I believe the first time I submitted a request for repairs form it got lost, and then subsequent attempts to follow up were bounced from person to person. Eventually, after suffering through several 40 degree days, unable to sleep for my night shift as a nurse, I rang in tears and managed to get it fixed, a week later. By that time we'd already forked out for a portable air con so we could sleep. However after that experience they did assist us at very short notice to arrange the final inspection prior to moving out, which was greatly appreciated. If you plan to rent through them I'd recommend keeping your own record of repair requests and following up frequently. They seem to have expanded beyond their staffing capabilities and things are falling through the cracks.

They have to change their from best real estate to worse real estate.

I been reminded them there is repair need to be do at my property since 6month. Everytime I called them asked me to send email. I sent them email haven't heard anything after even one month
When I called today receptionist was so rude she was raising her voice and asking me to don't raise her voice lol

They as stupid

It's about my experience with one of their tenants. The tenants have been harassing us since almost last 3 years and I have contacted the Best real estate many times. There is a very long list of complaints against the tenants, but there has been complete lack of support from the real estate. Seems like they are supporting the tenants.I had been going through fertility treatments during this whole period and also had two miscarriages. The harrassment has taken a toll on my health and I am suffering through constant headaches and cannot sleep at night.I have explained the whole situation to the real estate as well as the tenants. The tenants are such big bullies and are enjoying all the harrassment. The Best real estate thinks it is a Civil matter and are not ready to take the responsibility for their tenants. They don't have any empathy or any kindness. Very disappointed with the whole scenario.

I have selected a 5 star only for great customer service that I have received from one awesome lady. I have been a tenant for over 10 years with this agent and only one person is ever very helpful. Not only does she respond to my emails promptly in regards to account, but has always helped with other issues I have. When I don't get response in regards to repairs, I contact Linda and and she is always ontop of it and that's the only time I would get a response back etc. Haven't met Linda in person, but have found her to be a great person who is always going above and behond her own job. Blessings to you Linda.

I have recently utilised the services of Marilyn and Sandy to manage my rental property in Westmead. They went beyond my expectations and rented my property in days to a most suitable tenant. Despite a delay at my end they were most accomodating and understanding of my situation and needs. I would recommend Best Real Estate to anyone wanting a professional team to manage your property.

I have seen a lot of changes in real estate over the last 10 years. One business that consistently supports the Wenthworthville community is Trudy and her team at Best Real Estate.

We are currently renting one of the property manned by Best Real Estate, and till now my experience is good. Repair work was taken up quickly and paperwork was smooth.

I am happy to say that the service that I have got from you both and Best RE so far has been fantastic. I personally appreciate proactive approach.

Hi Sydney mates beware of this real estate company. The name should be change of worst real Estate instead of Best Real Estate. I am facing problem this real estate. I was used Universal Socket, the power automatically dripped, i was informed to real estate guys and they will send the electrician fixed it (Main Switch is Dripped just Switch on the Dripped one) . They send me the invoice of $285. Which was to enquiry about the same to Linda, Who is working as accountant she telling ridicules answers and she was very very rude to talk to me, I was ask her to check my previous account details and she said straightway i didn't because that time i am not here. I am shocking her answers and they deduct amount from my account $285 straight and i said to her i am going Trade Fair until wait . She said just i talking to Mr.Arvind , Who is working at Trade fair Office) Said, you only responsible to pay amount.
I am wondering these answers.

Apart from all the false promises made on the frist day and then not deriving any of it.
I must admit calling this guys for any reason makes my feel so unwelcome, there service is rude and arrogant. Plus the fact that they have written an arrogant response to every review makes me think they are not willing to listen and learn but are here to defend their bad service. It can't be that everybody is wrong.

Best Real Estate are by far the most efficient and personable group of agents I've been with. Communication with them is always quick and easy; every request we have made since we became tenants has been actioned promptly and we have been kept up to date with our enquiries, even if it is just to tell us that they haven't heard from our landlord yet. They have been nothing but courteous and helpful, from initial inspection through to signing paperwork. These guys are amazing and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

If allowed i must place minus 5 star rating because of their rudeness, one sided and worst communication. Need rent on time but delay in repairs. I vacated the property and received my Bond back after 3 months. Worst real estate i have ever seen in my life.
