Best Western Twin Towers Inn

It is what it is. A motel that is budget friendly with parking. No complaints!

Lots of steps, pool n spa was not working for the week I was there. Family Unit was spacious, nice outdoor area, dated decor, very hard beds. Some friendly and Accommodating staff, changed rooms lovely clean n modern rooms. Leaving the premises in peak hour was dangerous as exit it in the middle of traffic lights.

A very relaxing motel situated next to public transport or an easy 15 walk to shops and rail. The rooms are clean with a licensed restaurant and pleasant service.

Good location. Room was quite from road noise. The bathroom was quite dirty and the roll out bed provided for two of my children was no bigger than a king single bed at best.

I stayed there 3 weeks ago and was very impressed. Good rates and the rooms were nice and clean. I came from the country to visit the Royal North Shore Hospital and it's only minutes from the hospital. I had a map of the hospital but was still confused. I went to reception to ask direction assistance to the correct building. He said don't worry about that, just tell me what time you would like to go and we will drive you we provide a shuttle service!. Friendly staff. Also only a 15 minute walk to St Leonards station that has shopping and multiple eateries. I would certainly stay there again.

All staff polite and welcoming! If you have any problems they will be more than happy to help solve them. The waiter is the best entertainment I've had in a long time while eating!!!

Here for work. Conference room worked fine, everything else: ok.

Rooms are dated & ugly. 4 stars is defined as First Class. This is NOT.

The room was rather outdated but ok and the bathroom needed both cleaning and maintenance. There was no alcohol in the mini bar but information folder said it can be purchased from reception, all that was available was mini spirit bottles and VB beer.
This is a poor range available. It advertises Foxtel but the foxtel reception is totally hazy.
Reception suggested we take taxi over public transport as it would be cheaper- we saved $30 by taking public transport- a little knowledge will go a long way with customers.
I would not recommend this motel.

The room was relativity cool with a weak heater. The washroom was not up to par as other Best Western hotels as the shower had little to no water pressure. The rest of the room was decent but not good enough to be considered 4 star. The location is good as it's near the highway.
