The service I received was appalling, Bettina is extremely rude & has no customer service skills what so ever. It was such a shame.
The properties she leases out are high end properties which you obviously pay a large amount for just 2 nights so you would imagine the service you get would be that of high end. I work in property myself and have a great understanding how you should be treating your clients.
No way would I ever rent again through her, I would rather lease through someone else who has the service you deserve paying such high money.
