Very helpful and obliging staff . I have dealt with this company many times as other members of my family have done. No complaints whatsoever.

Bought something from them on eBay. Sent a couple of messages to them regarding pickup (which was their only option), but no response so far.

Bought a product and realised that it wasn't the right one. Spoke to the store on the same day and was told exchange only and managed to convince to get a refund. Rocked up to the store on Monday only to be told no refund !! Very disappointed !!!

I understand that it was a "change of mind " however it would help the retail industry with a bit of better customer service.

In hindsight, should have bought from ebay as I thought giving local business was giving back to community. Now I know.
