We share the passion for improving the quality of public service, but we also know that bringing ideas into action in government is not easy. My name is Sandra Naranjo Bautista, I'm Ecuadorian and the CEO of Better Govs. After working as a cabinet minister and acting Vice President in my country, and as a consultant with various international organizations including DFAT and the World Bank, I've seen the transformative power that well-designed and implemented public policies can have. I've also worked with committed public servants, doing everything in their power to make things better. Policy implementation is already hard, but learning about it shouldn't be. I founded Better Govs because I believe that all public servants deserve high-quality, accessible, and affordable training that equips them with the tools required for effective policy implementation, as well as permanent support while they are putting that learning into action. Better Govs is a global online platform focused on policy implementation, not so much on what to do but how to do it. Our platform is devoted to sharing ideas, tools, and resources that help public servants achieve the impact they've always known they can have.
