- MEDICARE - Bulk billed services available in the gym, pool or home to assist you with a variety of conditions such as Arthritis, Lower Back Pain, Osteoporosis, Obesity, falls prevention and many more.

- DIABETES CLASSES - Medicare covered, Weekly T2 Diabetes education and exercise program. Consisting of an initial health screening and assessment plus 8 group sessions.

- WORKCOVER & CTP - Rehabilitation programs at a gym or pool designed to rehabilitate injuries, facilitate return to work goals and activities of daily living.

- PERSONAL TRAINING - Combining the current evidence based research with the most progressive and updated training methods we provide 1: 1 training or exercise programs for a variety of goals and sports

- HYDROTHERAPY - Warm water exercise therapy in a state of the art Hydrotherapy pool.

- DEPARTMENT OF VETERAN AFFAIRS - A variety of home, gym and hydrotherapy services are available to eligible DVA card holders.
