Bought $2,000 worth of gold bangles to my wife, gave me a $70 worth of eternity points then STOLE THE $70 BACK. I AM NOT VERY HAPPY. VERY POOR SERVICE. DON'T BUY THERE.

Poor customer service, No smile, not coming up to you to see if you need help. Don't know the policies, and can't explain things properly. Had a watch that was bought less than a month ago never worn and battery didn't work and the staff member that served us wouldn't give us a refund, exchange or anything just wanted to send to repairs for a battery replacement. We just wanted refund or exchanged and she wouldn't do it. My mother had to go to a watch place to get battery replacement and chain adjusted... What's the point of warranty and receipt if they don't even use them or abide by them. Never going again as this is 3rd time now I had trouble with them.
