It doesn't matter how often I order takeaway pizza or how specific I am about toppings, I NEVER get what I want. Once or twice I can understand, but EVERY time. Won't bother in the future, will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a gourmet prawn pizza with chilli and extra prawns from Bexley Pizza tonight. I am a regular customer and order frequently. Upon receiving the pizza home i discovered that there was in fact no chilli at all on the pizza and if there were extra prawns they were very hard to see in comparison to the last pizza i ordered. I thought i would do the right thing by ring up just to mention/ask if they had forgotten the chilli. After i asked the lady on the phone she asked the pizza maker if he did put chilli, i heard his response straight away over the phone 'bull Sh#t'. I was quite taken back by this. The pizza maker then spoke to me. He was very rude and arrogant and tried to tell me that he was talking to his friend and not me. Then he proceeded to say 'so we forgot your chilli... in a very rude and almost what would you like me to do about it way. I explained to him that i was upset by his language and that it was bad customer service regardless if he was talking to me or anyone else and that could he see where i was coming from as that how it sounded. He said a few more comments and got really defensive to which i hung up. I find this absolutely appalling and i have never dealt with someone in a customer service position like this before. Because of this incident i will never be ordering from Bexley Pizza again.
