Through my late teens i developed bipolar disorder and lost my way. I was living for the weekends, going out and partying and completely ruining my health. I drove myself to the point where i hated myself and contemplated suicide. I was lucky enough to fight through that and big part of my recovery was through training, the ability it gave me to deal with stress, learn to love myself again and take on life . This gave me the confidence to chase a dream of being a PT and owning my own gym.
