Hi, I haven't posted in a while & there's a good reason for it.My hubby & I are proudly starting a fabulous new venture. Unfortunately that means a big step back from the wonderful world of cakes......Thank you to all my fans and regular customers. ..your support and patronage has helped me build up my business to the stage it is today. Anyone else have this problem....my kids birthday is coming up & she seems to think since Mummy makes cake anything goes...she's changed her mind 4 times already!! Aaarrgh!! what am I going to do??

I've been a bit quiet 'cause my oven's been on the fritz...hate waste but hate dry cakes even worse...so having to chuck out cakes/cupcakes is the only way to go....oven has been fixed but hoping it lets me keep baking good cakes or Else!!! :D
