Big W - Auburn

I would say their price points are lower than their competitors but that comes with cutting corners and quality.

if i could give less than 1 star i would.
all i wanted to do was buy a pair of work boots.
i walk in i grab the boots with the big paper ticked that says $60 and take them to the counter, but oh no apparently they are 99$
Buth that isn't whats advertised, so they have the floor-guy check who comes back and says they're all priced at $99.
so i march over there to retrieve the $60 sign that this staff member completely over looked and clearly didn't even consider
and then the staff decided i was yelling in my understandably irritated state.
if i ever go to this store again it will be to return something but i doubt you have staff competent enough.
Train your staff better, cashiers and floor staff.

EDIT: Always feels good to edit the review. Gave 2 stars now only because BigW head office responded with warm reply and resolved my issue. I hope staff of Auburn will be learning the customer service.

OLD REVIEW:
Local Customer service desk staff are very rude. When I asked to replace my broken microwave which has got 2 yrs warranty, staff said "we only cover for 1 yr, for more than that talk to manufacturer". Well, the item I bought is made exclusively for BigW and was Made in China. I should contact someone in China!! Surprising. Do they even know what they are asking?
Giving 1 star cause, when I call BigW head office Customer Service and discussed this matter they are very much keen to help me out and very friendly. It looks only AUBURN staff needs some good customer service lesson.

One of my favourite big W. Always has things in sale. Staff are polite and helpful and store is usually well stocked and clean. It's unfortunate they had to stop selling makeup because too many people were stealing.

The staffs are very rude，especially the two f*t womens staffs. They also rude to kids who wants to touch the toys and books. Why this bigw hire these rude people, unbelievable~

i love this place. We can easily find anything we want.

A credit to Big W for having lovely friendly helpful staff like Manager Miriam, Daniel,Nick and Christine.

As always and as all Big W places well managed and done to serve customers first

Smells like raw sewage. Customer service was non existent. Overall experience is less then what is expected of a large retail store. Very poor
