Big W - Campbelltown

Visited Big W Campbelltown on Saturday 4th November 2017. Was shocked to see a pile of dust and rubbish which had been swept up and left in the middle of a aisle. Came past several times later over a 20 minute period only to find the pile growing in size. I know the shop needs to be clean but to be left in the middle of the main aisle which is a safety trip hazard especially during opening hours. Observed fellow customers stepping over it. It didn’t look good especially when a customer was trying to look at the clothes on the shelf. Besides that was pleased with their late trading hours and helpful, courteous staff member on the self service registers when my item wouldn’t scan and another item was too light to register being in the bag.

Good location for parking and good sized store.

I am here alot for the bargains when they go on sale.

Clean and well organised. Always find what I want.

Worst store. staff verry unhelpful drove 45 minutes to bye a tv that they had placed on hold for me to pic up only to be told that they had sold it to a staff member

Had a 'balloon' emergency on 2/7/2017 and called the party section and spoke to a lady who was absolutely a life saver that day!! Customer service is always great and products are good too
