Staff are very helpful and friendly. The store is very nicely maintained. They seemed to have fixed the problem of the heater being on all year round too! Wish they had a pet centre and a bit more attention in garden centre.

competitive prices, variety of products, conveniently located but l find they don't have a lot to offer with kids clothes compared to Kmart and Target

WORST SHOP!!!!! THE STAFF IS RUDE AND ARROGANT!!!! The behaviour of the staff is UNAUSTRALIAN!The staff refuses to cooperate and are horrible, nasty people. Two women (staff members) in particular were absolutely disgusting. Their behaviour and attitude is absolutely disrespectful, revolting, repulsive, rude and conceited. The customer service is SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING! The staff is so rude and unwilling to help a person out. THE STAFF LACKS BASIC POLITENESS AND DECENCY!!!!! The staff members are rude, insolent, brash, impolite, disrespectful, primitive, insulting, obscene, barbaric, UNEDUCATED, illiterate, arrogant and haughty. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL OF AUSTRALIA!!!! SHAME ON YOU BIG W CHULLORA FOR HIRING THESE KINDS OF RUDE, ARROGANT STAFF MEMBERS!! These staff members deserve to be fired- they lack basic politeness and human decency. I would give them zero, or negative stars if possible, I'm so dissapointed and annoyed.
