Super clean well organised.. merchandise selection and quality is improved.. prices are reasonable.. seems to be giving kmart a run.. very happy and super recommended...

A standard store with the usual poor staff availability when you need to ask for help (even when quiet). Have generally had a reasonable experience when returning faulty items but did have a staff member tell me my item would need to be returned to manufacturer which is ABSOLUTE rubbish according to ACCC. So some training needs to be done to bring staff up to speed regarding major faults of electrical goods= which we have a choice of full refund or exchange or store credit.

Just heard the big sale, coming and get something, not bad.

No wonder this brand is going broke. Staff unhelpful, uninterested and quite frankly rude. (Experience at checkout). Range of products are ok but staff ruin this store.

Called and asked if a shoe I was looking for was in stock/available, the staff who answered my phone call was incredibly rude. "Tell me the name!" At the end, after waiting on the phone for 3 minutes (with absolute no response in between, no "please wait"), the lady said it was not in stock, and she didn't even know what the item looks like. SERIOUSLY? You couldn't have asked??? Will never go to this store physically!

Always hate coming here. 1st is no roaming staff to help you. 2nd is those need assistance buttons are there when you need assistance so press.....waiting, waiting, waiting, press again, waiting, waiting, waiting, press again, waiting, waiting, waiting, press again, waiting, waiting, waiting, press, press, press, press. Give up waiting. 3rd is waiting at camera counter to be served, no one there...more waiting, more waiting. maybe 7 minutes waiting then finally someone comes from the back and a lady walks up to the counter and she immediately serves her. More waiting. Now I know what Big W means. Big Waiting times. Avoid this place like the plague unless you love waiting.

Few days ago I went into this store for the frist time we normally shop at Big W rouse hill. I was on the shop floor where I witnessed something very shocking. The store manager which I believe his name is Ross. was having a full blast at one of the girls at cashier. She was in tears and embarrassed in front of every one. I didn't know he was the store manager until that point. Where I asked It was just disgusting to watch his manner. Big W website also no longer has a space to leave your review and comment. Please get your act together. I will avoid until that store manager is there
