Love the constant SALES. Always something you need ..... and might need later :-). Staff friendly.

Just a standard big W (A cheap department store)

I've shopped at Rouse Hill Big W since it opened. The store is tidy, staff are helpful and there's plenty to choose from.

My only complaint is that their cosmetics should be sealed. I have wanted to buy products during a number of sales and have left with nothing because other customers have opened ALL the products on the shelf, (maybe 15 items)- even where they had testers. This is a shame and it must be costing Big W a lot in lost stock. Even just taping products so they're less easy to open, would help.

The young lady working at the self-serve registers is fantastic. Although she looks a wee bit grumpy, she goes out of her way to help quickly and pre-empts customers needs, eg larger bags etc. She is a credit to the store.

I have to recommend the Big W optical team too- John and Gloria are a credit to the store. Both are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to meet customer's needs. I couldn't recommend Big W optical @ Rouse Hill more. The optometrist is lovely also-
