“Before The Biggest Loser Club, I would eat lots of rice and pasta. Now I only have it once a week at most. On bad days I would have McDonald’s for breakfast, lunch at a shopping centre, then KFC for dinner. The calorie total was huge, probably a whole week's worth in one day.”
