Over the years I have been to three bike shops in Manly and these guys are the constant deliverers. Whether it is my cruiser or my mountain bike they get the job done in a timely manner, at a reasonable price

terrible, sold a bike they said could handle it all. yet on the fork there is a sticker saying use for leisure xc only. Scammers

Astonished that they could not get a part for my kids Giant BMX. This is a Giant dealership but they said I should try somewhere else. Where? So a Giant dealership that doesnt have parts for its own brand is not satisfactory service.

What a great bunch of folk work here. We have bought 3 bikes from them over the years - but also bought several elsewhere because they didn't stock the model we were after. That has in no way affected the enthusiasm and professionalism with which they deal with us.
I wish all the businesses I dealt with had their integrity and service skills.
