Dodgy service centre. Before even try them, think twice, you can easily shop around and get better services with better prices. Don't listen to them, or their advice. They've stolen coins from my car, service was terrible, scratched the car and charged my thousands for a service that the quality was terrible.

This business does not deserve even one star. If you have a problem go to Toyota Chatswood for best experience.

Absolute disgrace. One and a half weeks to change an airbag in my car. It was quoted as only being a 90 minute job. Dropped car in on Monday, however after not hearing from them all day I rang, to be told they ordered the wrong airbag and wont be ready until tomorrow.

No phone call the following day and after spending 33 minutes on hold I finally got through to Alex, who was understanding and arranged a loan car for me.

I decided to not ring them and see how long it would take for them to contact me... I got my answer, Wednesday the FOLLOWING week I get a call saying my car is ready.

I decided to ask what the delay was, and was given a BS line of ' an airbag bolt was broken and we had to order from interstate' which is complete lies as there is no "airbag bolt".
I will also be making a formal complaint to Toyotas head office.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, their service is some of the worst and most dishonest Ive ever had in Sydney :(

Took a motor vehicle there twice to be fixed.The problem was not fixed on two occasions,yet the cost was massiveThe owner of the vehicle fixed it at quarter to a minimum affordable cost. Is the kind of service that is given by Bill Buckle Brookvale group.It's not impressive.Infact very disappointing.Down right total rip off for the customer. Won't be returning there ever.They have lost this customer.
