*****APPALLING SERVICE*****Went in to by a family SUV, upon entering there was no eye contact and all staff seemed to ignore me, they were all sitting on thier desks and were not with any customers, I had a few questions so I approached a staff myself, my experience was very unpleasant and this guy was very rude, I asked him how a particular model compares with other similar other brand models and his response was blunt "I don't deal with other brands man" I then decided to go to the Mazda showroom opposite and was greeted with a very welcoming and knowledgeable gentleman, I ended up buying my CX5 from them, I will never go into this store no matter how much Subaru advertise thier cars,

BOOKED MY NEW WRX IN FOR A SATURDAY MORNING SERVICE, SHOWED UP WITH MY TWO TODDLERS AND WAS TOLD I WASN'T BOOKED IN, THEN FOUND OUT THEY BOOKED ME IN AT ANOTHER GARAGE ON A DIFFERENT DAY AND TOLD ME I HAVE A VW TRANSPORTER VAN?? STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL OR APOLOGY.
