Good cars and great sales people
Have been here a few times to look at cars. Best to make an appointment if you want to talk to a sales person or go for a test drive.
My daughter had a call while her car was in for a 35000 km service saying she needed 4 new tyres which would have cost here $700 dollars right before Christmas. I looked and still has 20000km on them. Bloody crooks tyres weren't much past half way worn
Nice staff to buy a new car from

Absolutely hopeless.
Over the past 3 years I have purchased 2 new vehicles for my company. 2 months ago I visited the dealership to purchase 3 more Hilux’s - after 2.5 weeks with no progress from the sales guy I dropped in again to meet with the sales manager. At that meeting I again had to spell out what I was after (as opposed to him getting the numerous emails from me to his sales guy so he could inform himself) and was then told he doesn’t operate with trust when selling new vehicles. Another extremely poor judgement call and low level of service which led me to get up and walk out. What level of customer service do they operate on in there?
As a business owner myself I thought the Dealer Principle would appreciate hearing how his/ her sales team and manager were running that part of the business. Despite my 2 phone calls and me being asked to send a follow up email to the DP, I have yet to hear anything at all. To make it worse, I was called back by the initial sales person to ask why I wasn’t proceeding.
None the less I went elsewhere; to a dealership that has a degree of customer service.
To make matters worse I had a touchscreen issue with the navigation system in my car. After a few goes to diagnose the problem it was agreed to replace the touchscreen under warranty. 2.5 months later and 4 phone calls from me to Bill Buckle with no return calls from the service rep I eventually found out that they had me booked in for a Friday. I expressed that I was going away at midday on that Friday and if they couldn’t guarantee it to be completed before 11:30am I would prefer it to be undertaken another day. “No, All is fine; it will be done”. So after dropping my car off the night before so it was ready to be worked on first up in the morning (as requested by them) I waited until 11:15am before I called for an update. BB - “Final touches, should be done in the next half hour or so”. Me - “OK, I will come down now”. BB - “Best to wait. We will call you when it’s ready”. At 11:45am I went down anyway to find it ready. Being late already and somewhat frustrated I drove away, assuming that their ‘factory trained technicians’ had done the job successfully. I should have listened to my gut and taken in to account the previously hopeless service I had encountered. You guessed it, it wasn’t fixed at all; the problem still exists. Makes me wonder if they actually did replace the unit as they had told me or if they even did anything. My fair side tells me to take their word but right now I am questioning everything.
Unfortunately I will be finding another Toyota dealer. I will suggest to anyone who asks to NEVER USE BILL BUCKLE TOYOTA FOR ANYTHING!
Andrew, if you would like to call me please feel free to.
