After 10 years of marriage and 10 years of skin issues I finally made the choice to have my wedding and engagement remodeled. My fiancé and I first met with Bill in July, on recommendation from a family member. Bill's customer service, attention to detail and knowledge of all things diamond-related was just flawless. We gave Bill a very specific design and he carried it out to a tee! We collected my ring on Monday and I can honestly say I can hardly stop looking at it, it's beautiful and absolutely perfect! Bill and his team are extremely patient, helpful and resourceful. It took us quite some time to find the perfect stone to fit with the design we had worked on, allowing us to create something unique for my now wife and I. Bill & I spent a lot of time together as he was extremely committed to crafting something that would be perfect and we're really happy with the finished product. He then worked with my wife & I to create wedding bands to tie in with the bespoke engagement ring. He has a detailed, creative & tasteful eye.

When I first started looking around for an engagement ring I was a little daunted by a few of the smooth talking jewelers around town. When I eventually stumbled across Bill and burst into his office unannounced, I knew I was onto a winner! Bill was very warm and accommodating from the very start. He was thorough with his explanations and managed to sketch exactly what I was thinking. His prices were very reasonable and his quotes were honest. Needless to say we went back to see Bill for our wedding rings too!
