I have been coming here since my daughter was a baby and have purchased almost all her shoes from here. However, this will no longer be the case after the way I was spoken to today. Absolutely awful customer service, although I can't really call it that because I hadn't even been served at that stage. I was "told off" by one of the young girls serving because my toddler wanted to climb the stairs in the try on area, I was mid wrestling her down when I was very sternly told by this teenager that my daughter was not to be up there and that I needed to move immediately... I'm sorry but what did it look like I was doing? I certainly was not cheering her on. I knew she was in your way and I was in the process of getting her down, if you had given me more then 5 seconds before jumping down my throat you would have seen that. I'll now be taking my purchase of two pairs of clarks summer sandals elsewhere. You have lost a very loyal customer.

Yes podiatrists need to buy shoes for their children too and at the time of purchase the store was unaware of my vocation as a podiatrist. Buying shoes for little people can be tough. But the staff at Billy Lou made our families' experience enjoyable, fun and affordable. Would we go back, yes, would I refer clients in the future, yes with confidence.

Great shoes but I've bought here twice and both times my daughter grew out of the shoes within three weeks.They do a great job of selling shoes that fit perfectly, but they don't like letting you buy shoes that give your child room to grow. Maybe they want to sell more? I'm not going back, given the hassle I went through when I wanted bigger shoes and, against my better judgement, went with their recommendation.
