I went to buy sound system to Marrickville store. This is the very first time I went to Bing Lee to buy something. The asian guy sound like either you buy it or leave it and sound so rude as if they do not need my business. No proper communication. Will never shop at Bing lee again.

Good service, we got a washing machine inside of 20 minutes, with free delivery.

Large store with a decent range of products. Nice to be able to look at options locally and not have to venture out of town. Service is usually pretty good, staff are friendly and keen to help.

Good store with many products. Service is good, but there is not many staff members patrolling around when you need them.
I saw a child get kicked out of the store (because they suspected him to be stealing something when he had a jacket on) when he just wanted to buy a small camera.

I have been dealing with Spyro and the team now for a long time now and they offer great prices, great service and they are always their to help. Would not deal with any one else. Keep up the great work

Very poor customer service, I knew the exact products I was after, they said over the phone they match competitors prices but when it came to actually doing it they changed their mind. Also I stood there for ages before being served, there were no other customers & the male salesperson was clearly uninterested. I was a long standing customer of over 10 years, it was a waste of time going there and probably never go back.

Bought a washing machine from here, and it got delivered late. The lateness is not what bothered me, I later found out I could have got the same washing machine from somewhere else for 150 dollars cheaper. I suggest people to shop around before buying from here. Definitely do not buy any headphones from here, they are ludicrously more expensive.

My go to place for electronics in the Inner West

Despite waves of competition creeping in from all sides there's a nostalgia that brings me back everytime, oh, and the willingness to compromise and awesome customer service.

Bought a few things from them. Staff are fine and you can negotiate with them as per their slogan. Good store for all your electrical, electronic , IT and white goods. Not many of these left, at least in Burwood.

I was told delivery would happen between 8-11 am, wait until noon but nothing came up. I have to leave for work and rang the shop while on my way to reschedule delivery. The sales person James seems not interested in it. Keep saying you can't reschedule, you need to pay extra delivery fee etc, without any apologies about this mistake. Very rude customer service.

Great service some of the best but most of the store is empty and when you are looking to buy something you proberily wont find it here

AMEX contactless accepted here on ANZ iwl250 terminal. Friendly service. Android/Apple Pay accepted here as well as EFTPOS contactless.

Bought Chrome cast, they have good range of products with some nice offers on fridge and washing machine. A good store for all your electronics need.

A lot quieter in there so better customer service. Decent range but a few aging products

Rang up to check if a product was in stock, was told yes we can sell you the floor stock and it is on hold for you so you can pick it up later in the day. my Husband left work early to pick it up and was told its sold! when he told them we were told it was on hold i was very rudely told (by the middle aged Asian man) that is not what the staff would have said and did not care at all. was incredibly rude and walked off. no offer to show other products or apologies. they are totally useless don't waste your time in there !!

The staff are amazing, friendly, professional and best of all know their products. I'd highly recommend them for a local award if I could.

They'll happily take your cash, but when it comes to getting a refund, they'll dick you around for two hours and refuse to give a cash refund.

And that's not to mention getting your address wrong after repeatedly telling them the correct address. Hopeless!

The lady at the front counter kept telling me I should have sent in my faulty Dyson which was under warranty direct to dyson but the online bing lee person whom I was dealing with advised me to return to the store where I purchased it.
The store person then proceeded to tell me the bing lee online people don't know anything.
I've need here before and dealt with the same difficult lady.
Won't be back here.

Great staff always give a great deal and better then marked places.

I made a complaint on Facebook last week and have been speaking to Nicole (who has been very nice to deal with ) and she was going to get the manager of the Casula/Crossroads store to contact me in relation to a bad experience last week. No word from the manager as yet which I suppose matches the lack of service in store!

I wouldn't even give them one star but it won't allow me to post unless I select one!

Poor customer service. Had to go get someone to serve me for a start. Bought a Yamaha system here previously and needed a replacement aerial for it. "No, don't stock them". No, Let us talk to our supplier or other such offer. Guess I need to go to Yamaha directly and buy further products elsewhere.

Great shop

Was in this store 26th January looking for a new hands free home phone. Waited 15 mins and nobody came near us. At least 4 staff were standing around talking and were looking at us. As we walked out one of them said can I help you. I told him he was too late. Don't want to shop where there is no service.

They make you feel uncomfortable they stand right next to you and keep asking do you need help every 5 mins. When you are trying to look at items and read reviews on their product's

My washing machine died & I dropped in to Bing Lee & spoke to Sai. After offering me a great deal, free delivery & installation, I had a washer the next day. Awesome service

Not enough staff, had to wait a bit before anyone helped me out. But they were very helpful in assisting me with my questions about a laptop

Poor service attitude,and once deal is done, they will never hear about your complaints and feedback of product problem again, they thought since the product is sold out and they got money, all will be customer's problem!! Really disappointed and will never go this shop again!!!

I bought a couple of products from bing lee carlingford this and the customer service was just great.
Jerry was the contact person for me and he was giving me advises and opinions like he is buying them for his own. I asked for a washing machine to be delivered and installed and the person delivered was just on time and took with him longer time to balance it because he wants to make sure won't cause any problem on a longer time. Unbalanced washing machine will not work correctly at some stage.... etc. gave me all advises to maintain it.

There are lots of variety to choose from but be careful check other market before you go here. They will rip you off if you dont know the actual price. They decrease some amount to make you happy but still more than other companies market price.

The staff know where products are located - which saves me time looking for it.

I went to the shop after receiving email of their specials. I wanted to purchase two items and I was in a rush, so the staff member led me straight to the items. I was concerned the price on the shelf was not the price in the email, but it scanned at the cheaper price.

Unfortunately when I got home I found one product didnt appear to work, so I took it back to the store and they immediately swapped it for a replacement and checked to see the new item worked before I took it home.

I called this store for an enquiry , a guy called Mike answered the phone and talked to me over the phone. He was very arrogant, impatient and rude over the phone. He does not listen to the customer at all , and he does not care the customer's needs and feeling.

Great service, great range, all the brands you want at great prices, will discount if you ask and are serious. Knowledgeable salesmen really know their products and are keen to help. Bought a new portable Sony sound system with mp3 & CD plus plus...
Cashier could learn a bit of training to be not so matter of fact: Ned Kelly-ish when taking your money! Even a smile would do! The only rivals that come close to these guys in service, price and availability is The Good Guys (if I could find where they moved to!!)

The right place to buy your electronics. They'll do far better deals than The Good Guys will.
