Good fast service that had stock just like the website said!

Disgusting customer service! The guy was so rude. He has no intention to help or to serve and basically just told me off. I will never buy from Bing Lee again.

Washing machine died on the weekend, so ordered the model I was looking for over the phone on Sunday afternoon, for the best price I could see anywhere online and still got a further discount. It was delivered and installed within 2 hours on Sunday evening, that's customer service!

My favourite Bing Lee store. Staff have honest attitude and always willing to go the extra miles with discount.

Bought a USB compact flash reader and it didn't work on either my laptop or Surface Pro 4. Took it back, in original packaging that was not damaged and had the receipt. They would not take it back, did not listen to my story of it not working. The tested it and it worked on theirs and said it's working, we can't take it back. I asked if I could exchange it for something else as it didn't work for me. I was going to buy something else which was more expensive. Nope, couldn't do that. So I said I guess I'm stuck with something that does not work and they confirmed. I then when to Harvey Norman instead and made my purchase. I will have to think twice before shopping with Bing Lee again. My chances of shopping with them again are almost 0%.
