Bing Lee Erina

I bought a laptop for Christmas time, it wasn't in stock. I was told it would be there for collection by Christmas Eve, but when I came in on December 24th to collect it, I found out it hadn't been delivered to the store. The staff were very helpful after an unfortunate turn of events and upgraded me to a slightly more expensive laptop, so I did get it in time for Christmas. I commend the staff for their excellent customer service, but I do wish they were more onto it so I could have completely avoided the problem at hand.

What a great shopping experience at this Erica store. Good old fashion service which is pourly lacking at others stores in th area. The price was extremely competive and even the store manager got involved which I found amazing. Thank you Bing Lee I will be back
