The store management is wonderful. Best customer service! He waited for us to get there and kept the shop open for us! Lovely!

Was a good experience until the goods arrived the dimensions i told William Z were exact he told me relax i give u best price it would all be fine when i went back to ask him how to use i dont know was his reply read manual which was like rocket science was my favorite shop but know its a no go

I bought a great vacuum cleaner from here. I like Bing Lee. They are honest and unpretentious and know their stuff.

Horrible customer service.
Bought a tv that was bought in error by another customer so was given back to Bing Lee. Was advised that there is nothing wrong with the tv, good price good price and 'its never been taken out of the box.'
Don't believe anyone.
I wasn't able to take it out of the box in store so, believing the customer services there, brought it home and unpacked.
Opened the box and there are HUGE scratches all on the front of the screen.
Called up and asked what they could do re exchanging/refunding and wouldn't give me anything more than $50 refund.
....That's not even 10% of the total value and it wasn't even new...
Not shopping here again.

Fabulous one stop shop and deal...
I google for price comparisons and when I went there in person the sales person was knowledgeable and very friendly, gave us a huge package deal on our purchase of new washing machine, dryer, TV, and Dyson stick!

Good for Chinese Shopper cos they know your language and that is all that they can offer.

I have been purchasing technology from here for years. Always helpful, polite and excellent prices across the various areas.
