Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I waited 10 minutes to be served . There was only 1 person behind the counter (Elena) and many staff just walking around talking and laughing. The customer in front of me left and I asked Elena if I was next and if anyone else could serve me because she was just playing on the computer and did not acknowledge me at all , she then replied I'm serving a customer who had already left . She finally acknowledge me and said what's the problem , not how are you ,not sorry for the delay, not how can I help you, her idea of a greeting was what's the problem! I said to her that's pretty rude is your definition of a greeting what's your problem she just ignored me and said credit or check ? I paid for the item she gave me back my credit card and there was no have a nice day sorry for the wait just a dry look on her face so I said have a lovely day and she ignored me once again

You can always do great deals. They let you walk around for a while rather than rushing straight over. Everyone is very polite.

They stock older stuff which lets you get pretty good deals. But they misplaced the GoPro we ordered online, accidentally giving it to another customer. Wasted a few days while they sorted it out. They came through in the end but took ages and was frustrating

Excellent service. The staff know their TV products and don't push you to buy features you will never use. We always buy electricals from Bing Lee Guildford. Easy parking too.

Good place if you're shopping for whitegoods and are able to haggle a little. We had the wrong fridge delivered but the matter was sorted quite professionally. Good customer service.

Customer service is absolutely poor!! The attendant said to just pair your phone and test and walked away 20 min later came back and said did it play?

Outstanding service from the moment I walked in! Wasim was friendly professional and provided me with genuine advice on all products I was interested in purchasing. I have a Bing Lee store a 5 minute drive from where I live, but would prefer to travel 45 minutes for Wasim’s exceptional service and knowledge.

Wasim takes his time to explain each product in depth, would listen to what I was requesting and sell me what was suited to my needs. It’s very rare these days to find sales staff that are passionate and enjoy their job.

Wasim got me a great deal and let’s not forget his after sales service was also excellent. I highly recommend you visit Bing Lee Old Guildford as I certainly will be returning in the future to visit Wasim.

I've recently had a bad experience with the store in Alexandria, NSW

I've purchased 2 sony voice recorders from Bing Lee ebay page and picked them up from the store. On a same day after testing one of them I have found that the quality of those recorders are quite poor for what I need them for (corporate work) and wanted to find out what are my return chances.

I have called them in regards of refund and have been advised that I can come to the store to check the items and arrange a refund if they look brand new.

On arrival to the store I was told that they won't do a refund because one of the items has been opened ( I have opened the box, as other way how would I know if I am happy with a product or not?) The box had no seals or labels and it was repacked exactly how it came from the store. Seriously, if I wouldn't say that I have opened one of them they would not even know as I had to show them which one was opened.

Then I was told that they won't even refund the second recorder as they don't do any partial refunds.

On my question why did I have to come to the store as they could told me all this over the phone no one could give me an answer. I do have a voicemail from that store.

Any way, they can not do partial refund but they can do partial exchange for the gift card. So I have exchanged one of those recorders for the Bing Lee gift card.

It just felt that no one really wanted to listen or help but they were trying not to do any refund for what ever reason they could find. It is not a big sum of money to be stressed about. But they approach what really made me upset. As it really felt like you are talking to someone from the call center who is throwing at you all those generic phrases and trying to get rid of you as soon as possible.

I will be living my negative experience feedback on Ebay and google review plus Facebook page.
I have been a Bing Lee customer before and most probably I still going to buy from them again, but this refund situation has been the most difficult I have ever faced at the big stores.

Expensive. Bought a Panasonic Eneloop Charger, much more higher price than other. All made in china. Looks like replica. Better go Camerahouse, jb hi fi or Harvey norman.
