I bought a use megaboom from burwood the day before and they sold me a used one with no sound playing. So I came over to this store and David (one of the members) tested it out and completely gave me a new one to take back.Like the service he gave.

Misleading and incomplete info to entice a sale. Sold me an induction cooktop with the advice that intallation will not be any different from ceramic ones. It turned out i needed to rewire the electricity supply to the damn cooktop. Selling appliances without the capacity to organise installation is simply crazy. They should not be allowed to do this to customers.
They charge 30% for returns as restocking fee which is no different from daylight robbery. Never shop there again.

Bought an Ipad for work in the field only to discover they sold me one that only had wireless access which was pretty well useless for my needs. Rang Tomme the sales person and he basically said it was my fault for not asking for the right one. I didn't even know you could by an iPad with no sim card and they it was my fault?!

Worst customer service hands down especially from the store manager himself, Mr Keith Steel?? Went to replace or refund the faulty stereo well under warranty and he actually said " I don't have time for this". I got pissed off ofcourse told him about his customer service skills and then he said now you have to take your faulty system back and help yourself to the front door.
Absolutely the worst person to deal with at Bing Lee in Rhodes. Just beware of him

Great selection of electronic devices. Store is well laid out and the staff were helpful to customers request. I didn't go higher on the scoring as I was hoping for a larger laptop selection, but that's difficult for any retailer these days when they don't move. Overall good retailing experience

Staff don't give good customer service. They are just worried about making a quick buck to get their commission. In particular A staff member called 'Johnny' from air conditioning. Very bad customer service Johnny.
You didn't give me a good price so I took my business elsewhere. Bing lee st Bankstown gave me a excellent price, so I'll be shopping there in future.

Staff at this place want to make a quick sale to get their commission, went in to purchase an air-conditioner, Johnny was eager to get his sale.

Good range of TV's however staff are a little pushy... Photo printing is quite cheap however counter staff are very hesitant to help you...
