Biourbanism

Biourbanism is a new city model; a powerful weapon in the fight against climate emergency. The Biourbanism framework stems from ecological science and landscape architecture theory. It is based on ten interconnected systems that together determine the health, prosperity and resilience of cities. Implementing the framework allows landscape architects, planners, mayors and bureaucrats to take a holistic view of cities and to manage the intricate interplay between these ten systems in a mutually beneficial way.
