Great place to take the kids

Birdland is a great little gem. The animals are well taken care of, and the keepers are interested in the safety and comfort of everyone in the park, both animal and human. Feeding the kangaroos, seeing the koalas get fed, and playing with the wombats are definitely worth going a little out of your way for, especially if you're visiting from overseas!

Decent enough place, though very expensive for what you get.

Extremely friendly staff. Spend hours kuddling several wombats. Fed and pet kangaroos. Held snakes and kakadus on the arm. A must do when you are around Batemans Bay and interested in australian animals! Thank you so much for the best day in my life!!

Today was the first time I've ever been here and i had an amazing time! The lady who looked after our group was funny and very friendly! My partner and i got here at 10:20am and didn't leave till 1:50pm. I got to cuddle a baby wombat, hold a snake and feed the deers and kangaroos!
Money well spent. My partner and i will be back for more!

Fantastic place to wonder through and look at the animals. It's great to hold a wombat!!
