If ever you are looking for a great place to dine in at the Hunter Valley, then you should look no further when you dine in here at Bistro Molines. From the moment you reach the driveway welcoming you with such breathtaking vineyard sceneries that the Hunter Valley has to offer, through to the delightful, mouth watering food from the menus, to the very friendly and service oriented staffs, this place has got it all, a trifecta from me. But don't just take my word for it, you should try it for yourself😀

Absolutely abysmal service. 40 minutes for mains to arrive. No water poured while waiting. No one checked on us either :(. Acceptable food. "Fillet Mignon" over cooked, and not cooked to requested temperature. Reminiscent of eating in a barn, we had to contend with a pack of starved flies for our meal. Wait staff did not seem bothered in serving a couple, reminiscent of going to a large bank.

The food and service was nice, but it could have been better. It was a little bit over priced for the quality.
Myself and another person ordered one of the entrées to arrive during the main meal. We ordered the same meal and wanted it because of its smaller size. Our meals came when everyone's mains came, but we were given a main size and were charged a main size price! Instead of the meal being $29 it ended up being $43. Needless to say, neither of us ate the whole of the main sized meal because it was simply too much food (hence wanting the entrée sized meal).
So make sure you are specific when you order your meals.

If you ever come to hunter this is a great place to experience great food. The duck is a mainstay and although the menu does change if the lambs brains are on the menu go for that as your entree. A beautiful view with a menu to match.

Best kept secret, special place in my heart. Great value for money but you're really here for the quality French cooking. Fantastic hospitality, so patient moving our table to follow the sun on a sunny winter day. Lovely setting and great wine list! Keep up the good work!

Came here for lunch for a table of four, sat outside and admired the gorgeous view of the valley, gets a little cold once the sun goes down past the hill (around 4pm in july) but they provided blankets which was a nice touch. Food was great, had the wrapped figs which were amazing and the chicken breast for the main, chicken was good well (not overcooked). Partner had escargot which she enjoyed.

Great place for a romantic dinner. The girls there also made sure we had a memorable meal together. We will definitely return.
