I have written a complaint letter about the appalling service that I have received upon my pick-up of the two cakes that I ordered which I have raised two issues about customer service and the cake itself. The cake that I ordered were delayed and in addition, I found what looks like a piece from a scourer or a cotton like material in my cake. I emailed a complaint letter to the black pastry email however, it has been a good two weeks and I have not received any apologies or a response. I am a new customer and am highly appalled and disappointed about the service.
