The Blackheath General Store is a charming little cafe that perfectly blends old-time frontier allure with delicious modern cuisine and coffee.

A newish cafe that takes the mantle for the best coffee in Blackheath. The scones are also very good.
It has a kind of middle class vibe, which is fine, and is more genuinely welcoming than the more hip Anonymous nearby. My favourite.

Relatively new cafe. Lovely food and friendly staff.

Clumsy service, food came out before we had our cutlery and drinks. Food was then wrong.

Lamb kofta salad was ok but the lamb kofta itself was so undercooked. It's must have barely whispered at the grill.

Great looking cafe though and has heaps of potential. If they can iron out the issues this cafe will do well.

Management: it's time to get your staff trained.

Love this place! Great food cooked in the aga, great coffee in funky takeaway cups, warm and cosy on a cold day. Plus a nice collection of gifts available.
