Perfect location, great management and staff. Toilet and showers are very outdated but showers are great. Walking distance to a great walk and town

Nice park, friendly lady at reception, only thing I can fault is, there's a terrific camp kitchen but there's no utensils, cutlery or cooking equipment 😢

User

A nice small park with powered and unpowered sites for vans and tents. Nice wide slabs for vans and some sites have ensuites. No drive through sites though. Quite close to cafes and views.

User

Our unpowered site was in the grass and dirt so when it rained it turned to mud real quick. Facilities were 8/10. Kitchen was well kept. Can't go wrong with the location to the Blue Mountains. That's why it's a bit pricey.

User

Might be a great camping when you have a powered site. However when you have an unpowered one, you will be isolated from the rest of the park behind another gate. This will lead to bad WiFi connection and a large distance to the amenities. All together it is not in line with the high price.

User

We had been off grid for three days before arriving here. We were welcomed in by friendly and helpful staff. The amenities are fantastic. Everything you need and the shower pressure is fantastic. Highly recommend to those visiting the blue mountains. It's a great base camp and Blackheath township has plenty to offer!

User

Stayed in both Blackheath and Katoomba Falls parks - blackheath was quite small and felt a little pokey, with not much atmosphere. Amenities are a little dated. This park is right on the doorstep of the Blue Mountains Heritage Centre, and a lot of great walks that are off the tourist circuit. If you want to enjoy the scenery in peace without hordes of tourists armed with drones and selfie sticks, this is the place for you.

Camped in a tent in the non- powered section. Ablution facilities are kept very clean and the tent grounds too. Friendly lady at the reception. Had a lovely time.
