Black'S Smash Repairs

First time my car was being repaired, I was told 6 days, it ended up being 6 weeks. It came back to me with weld splash all over the back windscreen and overspray on the roof which they did fix after I told them. Third time in there I was told two weeks ago the part would take 1-4 days, I am still waiting to hear from them after two weeks. Very unimpressed. No customer service at all

Blacks should update their website. Says it's open 8am to 10am Saturday. I called there and it was closed and tried ringing 5 times, not even an answering machine to leave a message. I could have picked up my car today but now have to wait until Monday.

Excellent experience.

Underwhelmed. Disappointed that quotes are bookable only between 9 am ~ 3 or 4 pm on selected days. This is difficult for full time employed. Gobsmacked when informed ... "we need to have a life too". I thought these people belonged to a SERVICE industry !!! My experience at the nearby Belmont Smash Repairs was much more satisfying.
