Blacktown City Council

Dear Councilors, could you please adjust the traffic light at the corner of Main Street, crossing Newton road and Sunnyrold road. From Newton Rd turing left to Main Street, I can barely see the left arrow on the traffic light. I realised there was the red left arrow after I went out seeing green pedestrian light on. It’s shocking. I could hit pedestrians! Shame! I probably get fined due to this.

Contacted Blacktown Council today on three occasions, concerning damage to the road by a contractor working on house opposite. Was told an engineer would contact me within an hour. That was about four hours ago no follow up since then. Cannot complain about service, there is not any. got photos if they want them. I won't hold my breath waiting.

Worst service of all time, anyone can call up and report a home but its your job to check for yourself and the truth not send a letter straight away stating that if you don't take action we will. absolutely ridiculous

They are very RUDE and have a lack of civilisation and not to mention closed minded and very lazy .
And I'm very sorry to see the Blacktown community is run by a group of LOW CLASS people from top to bottom.

Just got off the phone from Kelly asking for some potholes to be filled in and she couldn't have been more helpful if she knew I were going to put up a review. Delightful lady. Sadly, I have to agree more council staff could do better. The time it takes to get information back about the DA processes now that the new LEP has come about is dreadful. I understand from those I know who are trying to build have plenty of waiting time. There certainly is plenty of room for improvement Blacktown Council but more like Kelly would be a good start :)
