Pool is good if perhaps a little dirty at some places. Looker rooms could get an upgrade but not the worst looking. The reason for the 3 stars is the lack of customer service and rude attitude that meets you every time you come in.from those working at reception.

Very nice experience at the Library service desk. I was met by polite, knowledgable people and given the information I needed fast.

This is one of the best pool for kid's. Lot of fun. Highly recommended

I didn't know that we have such a great leisure centre in my area. Very good price for gym and swimming pools with a wave pool. Kids love this place too! Good for all ages.

Some staff at swim school are polite, professional and smile and greet you nicely, but most are rude, disinterested and should never EVER be working in customer service. I think manager needs to train the basics of smiling, greeting people and treating them the way you would want to be treated. Very poor in general. Most treat you not like a paying customer but like they are doing you a favour by even serving you about your childs swimming lesson. If it was not so close I would go elsewhere. Many people that I talk to in the area actually do go further away for their childs swimming lessons even though Stanhope pool is closer. Lots of work to do re Good customer service. Always feel bad once you leave the swim school counter.

An excellent place to study. I like the library, it's simple and has a nice international section with very pleasant use of natural lighting. The building reeks of chlorine, it's hard to stand at times.

The Best facility in the area. Very family friendly that's why it is popular. The cost of gym membership is very affordable. It can get really busy on school holidays because they offer many activities for children.

Rude service by the older lady short hair at reception. Unacceptable by asking my child to stop hanging on to the line dividers. Firstly she has to be a bit more diplomatic while addressing an issue don't go screaming at a poor child who was smiling and playing around. My self and my wife were at the counter paying for my youngest enrolment fee. This woman was on the phone then yelled at my child just to make her feel better. Petty behaviour these sort of staff will make any place have a bad reputation. Just because your behind the counter and represent the company does not mean "us" the client will back down and not fend for themselves. We pay your bills and also represent your establishment so show more respect. Poor behaviour.
