I have bought fish, aquariums, chicken food and dog supplies here for the last 2 years and I wish I had found this place sooner. I've always received great advice on how to look after my fish at BP&P and the prices are the cheapest anywhere by a big margin. The range, quality and value of aquariums is amazing. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. Owner couldn't have cared less that I was there.

If I could rate lower I would. Not including the lady that served us but the manager. Bought a cracked tank which we only found out at home. Took it back to store to get a replacement. Was talking to the manager over the phone while WE were at the store as he was out of state. He argued that it wasn't cracked even though he couldn't see it.

When asked for a refund instead, he said to go to Fair Trading!!! Don't know what sort of management does that. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

One of the cheapest places to get an aquarium!! I bought two aquariums from this shop and i have saved heaps!
