Owner Kathy Cole has over 30 years' experience in the hair and beauty industries and has worked hard to build a team of dedicated and friendly staff. Extensive training, professionalism and working in a place they love has led to many staff to stay long term and those who've left for the big smoke, have gone on to manage leading salons.

Blazzes is a L'Oreal preferred salon, due to the extensive training given to all staff and prides itself on excellence in hair colour treatments.

Kathy and her husband Keith are heavily involved in the local community and their children attend local schools. They sponsor the Thirroul Rugby League Club and both are actively involved in the Thirroul Surf Live Saving Club.
