Had issue on reservation. The manager Gian offered quick and very kind solution to me and my friend. So we can enjoy the best harbour view in Blu bar. It is the best part of our trip to Sydney. Will bring more friends next time to this must-visit venue😃

Superb views across Sydney harbour. Went at night so Opera House and Bridge lit. Also a firework across the river at Lunar Park. If table with views unavailable on arrival names can be put on a waiting list. Definitely worth it.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. Specialty cocktails are great and they know how to make anything not on the menu. Absolutely amazing views too. Definitely worth a visit but be willing to pay a premium for the drinks. Is 100% worth it though. One of the best bars in Sydney

My daughter and I went to Blue bar last friday 22/09/17 and had this most amazing experience! Cocktails, views and the bar staff are fantastic! We were celebrating her Y12 graduation, and without asking, the staff tried their best to place us in the best spot for views and even organised a little surprise dessert for my daughter (all that without us asking for it, we just told them we were celebrating). Thank you so much for making our experience a memorable one!!

Amazing views and excellent selection, but the service is a little slow for a premium venue.

Such a beautiful spot. We were only there for a drink or two, but we had unbelievable views of the Harbor and the Bridge. The drink selection was top notch. And all of that was surpassed by the customer services from the staff. They were friendly; a perfect combination of being casual and talkative, without being over-the-top or annoying. It was an awesome experience.

Great spot to sit on a Saturday night... Big selection of cocktails to order.. Try the tranquillity for a kick.. Put your name down for table next to the window when you first enter the bar... Nice bar food selection but they seem to loose you in the Crowd. So service can be sparse..

Was extremely crowded during vivid festival. Almost twenty minute wait to grab drinks. But they were well made and reasonably priced for the location. Im sure at a quieter time this place would be a standout.

Not as good as it should be. One of the cocktails was watery. They took long to attend us. The menu is short and boring. A real disappointment. The views are good, of course, but only if in front row seat.

Can't beat the view or the unique cocktail selection but get there early

Wonderful experience

Modern bar on the top level of the Shangri-La Hotel with amazing views. Excellent location to bring visitors or just to enjoy some drinks after work. Good and helpful for service. Cocktails far too expensive but wine & beer is at a reasonable price
