Definitely won't be going back, the papadams were soggy and stale. The paneer was burnt. The curries came out 10 minutes before the roti's and naans. The waiter could not take any constructive criticism as he was probably related to the chef. The welcome lady was nice enough and even provided a discount on the bill. Horrible experience.

There seems to be a new management team for this place. I was lured in by their great hospitality and their collection of staff. Food was cooked greatly and the meal deal that they offered was extremely valued and well appreciated. A nice crispness of the naan, formidably spicy curry and although it was only a tad drier than usual, the experience as a whole was pleasant and would definitely love to come back. Thanks to the team for being so open and receptive to comments. Although at the moment the category says it's a dessert restaurant, it's actually an Indian restaurant. Just saying.

I usually don't write reviews but this is the worst experience I had this time with Blu Ginger Castle Hill.
I've been there so many times in their Canberra restaurant never had a pin problem and the manager Rishabh knows me very well.
We booked a table for 7 people at 11:30 A.M. on 30th June for my daughters birthday when we reached there the waitress wearing a pink jumper told us that there's no booking and they start taking orders at 12 as they open at 11. She's very ruthless Nd rude. The guy should have told us about the system at the time of booking. Even having a booking , we requested to that lady but there was a very cold and unhelpful response we got. After that we asked for a business card and we got a very funny reply that manager is not here.
Seriously you people don't even have any idea what business really is.

Have been here several times. Food is always good. Great location. Chicken Tikka Masala and Beef Madras are always excellent. Highly recommended.

Mango lassi was not good. Rogan josh was extremely spicy even when asked to be mild, tandoori chicken was overcooked and the curries were not cooked well

One star was generous... I would give 0 if I could. No atmosphere, mediocre service, bad food, majorly overpriced

Food is ok. The meat wasnt quite cooked correctly on our bombay beef dish and overall experience was average at best.
