Great service, takes alot to trust somewhere with your pets but I would definitely bring my pets back for another visit

Our dog was very well looked after. This was the second time we've used them. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Our Cholie girl stayed with john and Sussan for nearly 3 weeks this year over the month of May. Fantastic facilities for your pet. John and Sussan how so much love and kindness for every pet that comes to stay.

I could not recommend a better pet boarding establishment.
I have known John and Sue for more years than I care to admit. They have always cared very much for their own pets. I trust their staff to maintain the same level of care John & Sue show.
I was one of the earliest customers of the BMPR and have driven 3:45 hours to put my girls (GSD/Kelpie & GSP/Staffie) in this establishment. I have boarded my mother's various cats here as well.
The kennel is well designed and equipped and the cattery is a cat-lady's dream.
My girls have always been happy there, never came home with fleas, smells or issues. They received special atttention for exercise and play-group and no issues with providing special diet needs (self supplied).

My dogs just love the owners Susan & John! My 13 year old dogs have stayed at this kennel many times and have always returned home happy, healthy and a good weight.

Our cat goes on holiday here at least once a year and has done for the last 4 years....Susan and John are trustworthy, responsible, caring owners of BMPR and we have always been impressed with their courteous manner. The prices are a bit higher than elsewhere in the area however the professional care and attention our cat receives makes it worthwhile. The cat pens are clean, they are flea free, feeding bowls clean, and bedding is clean. It has heaters for warmth in winter and grilled guarded windows to let in fresh air. They supply food however if your pet has special dietary needs (as in our case) we supply the food. Happy days at Blue Mountains Pet Resort! Love Baxter (meow)

We have great confidence in John and Susan. Both Bonnie and Biddy have had great stays here - each a very different dog, but both were well understood and accommodated appropriately.
