Amazing dry cleaners, never let me down. Only reason for four stars is the expencive pricing.

We dropped of my partner's suit early Sunday morning, came to pick it up Tuesday night. IT WAS NOT EVEN CLEANED!! It had the same sweat stains and nothing but slight ironing was done on it. Trying to ring their number now to try and get a refund, but no answer! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I'll be taking it further

I love the service and the quality of Blue Pacific. They know who I am there and are so friendly.

Have been taking our dry cleaning there for a while. Always been happy and the staff are awesome.

Unfortunately, I wanted my $100 thick mattress (approx.6 months old) protector dry cleaned, doesn't fit in washing machine. It was ruined with balls of polyester in it...I am sure they have insurance for these mistakes, but didn't get even refund. The owner told me to go to seller, and I am sure it was not their fault.
Now using Allambie dry cleaners, lovely people, great affordable service.

I put in a pure WHITE Witchery jacket. It came back with a dirty looking 'pinkish' tinge. Went back....they spent another two days on it. Came back STILL slightly pink looking. Certainly NOT white. Not happy - won't be going back!
