Bluebird Brekkie Bar is brought to you by the UTS Students' Association, with the generous support of Jasper tea and coffee, Country Valley milk and yoghurt, and Parliament on King soups.

Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially when it comes to concentration and academic performance. The UTS Students’ Association recognises that you might have to leave home super early for 9am lectures, or might not be able to afford tasty, sustaining and nutritious foods, so we created Bluebird Brekkie Bar. Made by students for students, our sustainable pop-up cafe is the place to meet your friends for free muesli, natural yoghurt, fresh sourdough with avocado and spreads, juice, fresh fruit and fair-trade tea and coffee – and all in a chilled-out community setting with blissful local tunes.
