On Thursday we held our annual BMW Sydney Golf Cup Tournament at The Lakes Golf Club.

I had an unique experience with BMW Sydney. While start was bumpy due to a broken communication, the way entire BMW sales and finance team put effort together to pull back and put a big smile on my face was awesome.

The best thing about BMW SYDNEY that they really work towards customer satisfaction and try to ensure with standards are top class. They are probably to best to offer on price point as well in the town given they are owned by BMW Germany.

I would rate probably 9 out of 10 to them on overall experience but due to my sales guy humble approach of entire engagement , I am calling 10/10😊

Great experience dealing with BMW Sydney! Would highly recommend! I was in a position of not knowing much about the car that I wanted, however Stefan was super helpful in explaining all the features as well as tailoring the car to suit my needs and budget.

I got my car from BMW Sydney. They are very professional and taking care of the customer very well. I recommend Tristan Zarb the sales consultant to anyone who wants to buy BMW car. I dealt with oil leak from the gasket over and over again and again....
- The service here are ridiculous, together with hubris personnel.
We usually live about 20 km away from the city but we have moved near the area a few years ago, so I thought I'd bring my car here for services.
When I ring up for an appointment a lot of questions asked just to get a date, The staff go through various personal question, where do I live and why I decided to bring my car here etc.
I just wanted to get a regular oil change and was told should be done in the same day but when I ring up the car is not ready so I need to come back another day to pick it up.
I have a personal experience owning BMW, I mean you throw money out the window one after the next.

The car keep on having oil leaking problems again and again then after a while the car having more problems such as the engine stop during traffic.
It took me a year trying to sell this car and eventually I decided to trade in for a very cheap price 1/10.

We now owned, driving a Lexus, could not be better I will never look back! Goodbye BMW brand.

I wanted to write this review as I have purchased 4 BMW's over the past 12 years and this time was the best experience I have had by far. I dealt with Shane Butler and also Holly in finance. They were extremely professional but friendly at the same time. I will review friends and colleagues back there in the future. I have a couple of my staff now that want a BMW so I would be happy to refer them to Shane who I know will look after them as well.

Great experience! This is the first time I buy a BMW and after visiting a few dealerships I noticed everyone in BMW Sydney displays professionalism and friendliness and ensured the whole experience was nice and smooth! Great service experience from all at Rushcutters Bay. From the time you drive in, through the service and as you leave you are looked after - this is what buying a car is about the experience through the life of the car.

Excellent service from Paul and the service team. Really happy with how I was treated when I needed help with a few minor problems of my own making. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys even when I turned up without a service booking. The friendly and helpful staff had me on my way again in just a few minutes.

I took my X5 in to have the battery replaced. They claimed " that water had leaked into the back of the vehicle through micro holes next to the sun roof which were blocked. There was so much water that it had affected the computers and the car was written off. " Their attitude on this and other occasions was unbelievably bad. I bought another BMW through north shore BMW who weren't much better. I only persevere because it's a good car.

No wonder I like them
