Bob Jamieson Agencies is one of the leading stock and station agencies in NSW.

We have been operating from the northern NSW town of Inverell since 1992. We are a 100% privately owned business that markets sheep, cattle (commercial and stud) and rural properties.

Eastern Australia is our office.

We are the largest individual users of the internet to market cattle in Australia.

We also believe saleyards have a very important place in our industry as a price setter and a clearing house.
IRLX ( Inverell Regional Livestock Exchange) is about to undergo a major restructure, we are proud it is our saleyard.
Our auctioneer, Keiran Te Velde is one of the best in the state, highly regarded in saleyards and the stud arena alike.
We are thrilled to be associated with Weebollabolla shorthorns, Texas angus And the Tookey Creek and Jarrah Park santa studs.

Partners Bob Jamieson and Ben Hiscox are Auctions Plus assessors and very experienced in the feedlot and commercial fields. All three stockmen are level 1 assessors licensed agents with Bob having over 30 years experience as a stock and station agent.

Bob Jamieson Agencies has been involved with the feedlot industry since 1992. We helped pioneer domestic feedlot contracts. Today our clients are the major beef suppliers on a contract basis to the "high quality" domestic supermarkets.

We supply feeder steers and heifers, store and supplementary pasture finished cattle to all relevant markets. BJA are active seasonal buyers across most saleyards in Eastern Australia.

At Bob Jamieson Agencies we have a philosophy - "one size does not fit all".

There are five or six marketing options that should be considered before you livestock leave your farm. Constant variables mean all options should be considered every time. Is it the saleyards, a paddock sale, a forward contract, over the hooks to the abattoir, Auctions Plus or maybe a "Blue Ribband Internet Auction". We will travel to your farm, inspect your livestock and help you to plan a marketing program. Different categories of livestock have different marketing needs. We know how to market.
