Called by on off chance they could help ,place was busy so had a 25min wait,spoke to Jack who sorted my issues with a vibration of my mud terrain tyres on my 4wd one tyre had to be moved on the rim it was so far out of balance, then rebalanced the other tyres and rotated them,
Took it for a drive down the M7 and it was significantly better,
Great people ,great service, recomended

I think the staff seems overworked and have no interest giving advice or enhancements. Just recently got tyre changed there and not sure if I return there as a customer unless a deal that is unreal price wise. Otherwise a lot more options for tyre change around the area. Not after a better deal or free stuff (just an opinion) but the competive nature of the business I think they need to uplift the morale the whole business to be competitive and friendly staff.

Amazing mates working there, they were super busy but made time to give the best customer service I have witnessed in all the tyre shops I have been to. Really appreciate Jack, Jamie, Dennis, Troy, and Damien (I believe that's his name). Highly recommend going to this location! Especially since they have a sweet deal with Bridgestone buy three get one free.

Would not recommend to anyone. Very rude and arrogant. They also forgot to put my spare wheel back in the car! Don't waste time or money here.

In my experiences, customer service and customer treatment is most apparent when something goes wrong. In addition to this, I won’t leave a review for a company unless it is really bad, or really good. In this case, it is really good.
On Friday, I requested 4 new tyres installed and a wheel alignment done; this was completed in a matter of hours.
The next day when driving at 110km there was a horrible vibration throughout the whole car (a 4 cylinder Holden Cruze). This initiated a call on Monday, Troy responded very calmly and professionally, and requested I bring the car in.
Troy explained my observations were a bit out of the ordinary; however he wasn’t disrespectful nor did he doubt what I was telling him. He said it was unusual for my car type, but it would be investigated.
A couple of hours later, I was sent a text and an email advising my car was ready.
I spoke with Troy again; he acknowledged there was an error made on Friday. This is where Bob Janes representatives really stood out. The error was acknowledged, and owned. Detailed feedback was provided of what the error was, followed by an apology. Not once was I made to feel stupid for my unusual claim, nor did Troy try and make excuses.

A while back, my parents and I went in to this store to get the back left tire fixed, as it was leaking air. We paid and left afterwards, and a week later, we discovered that the front right tire was leaking air. We took the car to a different tire store, and they informed us that the front right tire was poorly repaired. TURNS OUT the mechanic from THIS store decided to SWITCH the back left tire with the front right tire, and did a poor job fixing the air leakage- it appeared to me that the mechanic tried to hide the bad work by doing this. Apparently the mechanic from this shop doesn't care about our safety. Never coming here again.

Great customer service there from mark and Troy ,helped me with my navarra rims and tyres was very impressed with them both ,highly recommended 👍👍
