Great service. Wasn't entirely happy with the tyre I got before but the manager and team resolved this for me quick and hassle free. They also kept my fancier valve caps and ensure they were moved across to the new tyres. Thanks!

My wife was stuck in Westfields with a flat battery and I went to Bob Jane T-Marts to buy a replacement battery. I then asked to borrow jump leads to start the car so I could drive back for them to fit the battery.
They would not hear of it!
There and then they organised one of their techies to drive me back to my wife's car and they fitted the new battery on the spot.
At no extra cost and with lots of smiles and good cheer.

I took the car in on Saturday. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly. He inspected the flat tyre and suggested that I need a brand new tyre. In addition, I should also replace the other front wheel tyre to balance it with the other. All in all it would cost me $360. My car has 17,000 km on it with normal day to day use.
My gut feeling told me to get a second opinion. I have just taken my car to Tempe Tyres who inspected the tyre and would be able to repair it and fit it back onto the car for $30. Bob Jane Bondi you're a rort and I would urge anyone to get a second opinion before taking their business to you.

Friendly and honest people. Took my car in for a check up because I bumped my wheel on the curb. Told me it was all good and no replacement or work necessary. In and out 5 minutes in my case :)

Be extremely careful with this place - specifically the manager. I have asked him to look at the tyres - the nail was in the tyre (not very old tyre - only 17,000km) and he "strongly recommended" to change 2 tyres as they were too old and damaged. I went to the other places and the puncher was repaired just for 15 dollars!
