Really poor service.
Called up 15 min prior to arriving and spoke to the owner who I asked how long? he said come in it won’t be long as we’ll put you in the que.
I arrived at 3pm and was informed that if he waiting 2 hours.
Called up Bridgestone select and they were more than accommodating with excellent service.

Tyre repair was done relatively quickly but the service at the desk is absolutely appalling, apparently it's appropriate to leave a customer waiting while you finish your conversation and mandarin.

A company that is generally very efficient was badly let down today by their sales team in our view. Trust and integrity is what business is built on. It is a shame when salespeople in that branch tell you all sorts of stories and hoodwink you on price. It is a classic "bait and switch" tactic. I was quoted a price on the phone. When I followed up 3 days later, I was told there was none in stock with the supplier, hence he had to get it from another dealer. Obviously now with an inflated price! They have lost my trust and all our business. Very disappointing!!!!

An overall satisfactory experience. The price is hard to beat and the service and advise was honest and professional. The booking system can be made a bit more efficient to make people spend less time here (I had to wait for an hour before my car gets attention although I arrived sharply on my appointment time). Other than that I would give a five-star rating for both the price and service.

The customer service is horrible, pushing you to buy whatever suits them and quite rude.
I had 3 Bridgestone tyres on my car and had to replace the fourth one (damaged) with the same brand which has same tread, but the customer service advised me to buy Bobjane brand!!!!
I then took my car to Bob Jane in Artarmon and exlained by customer service to use the same brand (Bridgestone ) for better balance and life of the wheels.
Overall no deamas wirh Bob Jane , only hornsby branch needs to improve.

It is the worst experience to me to buy new tyre in Australia nearly 30years . People working there are very rude. And make stupid jokes they push you to buy the brand they want sell. And very expensive When you pay the bill they add another ten percent. The worst shop in Australia I will never go back

Service does not even deserve a 1 star rating but it is the only way to make a comment, but going by the attitude in this particular store they more than likely won't care about any negative feedback, I just want to let anyone thinking about using their service what to expect.

I called their store this morning Saturday 29th October 2016 requesting a set of 4 replacement pirelli tyres. I was told if we wanted them fitted today, the store was crazy busy and we would encounter a three hour wait. I said I understood, and would try another time, as if by magic I was told there was a 1pm opening and that if I made a booking the job would take 1 hour. The service desk made it clear I had to be there at 1pm sharp.

I arrived at the store on time, only to be advised the booking was made for 1pm Sunday 30th October 2016, again I said I would reschedule for a later date, but was advised that it was fine, they could still fit me in. However after completing the relevant paperwork and handing the keys over to them they told me I would have to leave the car for 2 hours and return at 3pm. Even though I had been told it would take 1 hour I accepted the extra time needed.

I went away and returned at 2.45pm not expecting the car to be ready but willing to hang around for 15 minutes for the completion time. I found the car had not been touched in the 2 hours I had been away. At the service desk I asked why the vehicle was still waiting, and was told it was next, I asked how long that would be, there was no response initially but then was told another hour.

I expressed my disappointment with their service especially after making a booking and saying I was prepared to wait for another day. It seems they were so desperate to get the business they offered the 1pm appointment with the unrealistic timeframe to stop me going elsewhere.

I requested my keys back, they offered me a time spot for Sunday 30th October, I declined saying I would go somewhere else, as I have wasted 2 hours of my Saturday and have achieved nothing.

Not good for business guys or the reputation of Bob Jane to lie to your customers.
It seems companies are not interested in good old fashion customer service these days.

Wayne at Bob Jane Hornsby is a stand up guy. I had booked my car in for a new set of tyres on Saturday morning and had planned to pickup a set of new rims I'd found on Gumtree on my way. When I arrived at the sellers house to pickup the rims the owner had failed to mention one of them was cracked and looked to me unsafe.

I called up Wayne and told him what had happened expecting to have to reschedule. He asked me which rims they were and said he'd call me back. After 5 mins he returned my call and had sourced another second hand set of the exact same rims for me and told me to come in.

I arrived just before their employee turned up with the rims that he had picked up from the city and had the new rims and tyres fitted soon after. I couldn't have been more happy with the service or the price. Thanks Wayne!

Friendly service and efficient job. So pleased to see they were open on Sunday. I was surprised to see some bad reviews and when I mentioned it to the person who served me, he said they had traced them back to competing tyre shops. I thought they were great and I am a bonafide customer. I will be back.
